Event Description
The 12 Hours of SOAL is a small-bore motorcycle rally built around exploration, navigation, endurance, and the pure fun of doing big miles on little bikes.
Participants will tackle more than 200 miles over 12 hours aboard motorcycles displacing 199cc or less. The route will showcase a mix of Appalachian backroads, winding pavement, gravel, scenic overlooks, small communities, and memorable destinations.
This is not about having the fastest or most powerful motorcycle. Success comes from preparation, reliability, navigation, fuel management, efficiency, and keeping your machine moving throughout the day.
The event will take place on roads open to normal traffic. Participants must obey all traffic laws, posted speed limits, roadway signs, and event instructions while remaining respectful of residents and other motorists.
