Calling all drivers, riders…and content creators!
Backroads of Appalachia is hosting two Media Days at the Dragon Slayer Welcome Center on May 19–20, and we’re inviting the community to be part of it.
Bring your cool rigs, bikes, and sports cars and spend the afternoon running the legendary Hwy 160 Dragon Slayer while content creators capture media while you drive/ride. If you’ve ever wanted to see your vehicle featured in BOA content, this is your chance.
Photographers are welcome too—there will be free hands-on media training for anyone looking to sharpen their skills behind the camera.
We’ll stage at the Welcome Center in Lynch, KY around noon each day for lunch, shoot through golden hour, and may even stick around for some night photography. We’re also working on lining up a food truck to keep everyone fueled.
Come hang out, drive an incredible road, make new friends, learn something new, and help us showcase the beauty and culture of Appalachia.
