WCMG/BOA Lcpl Joe C Paul Heroes, Miners, and Shiners Ride 2023! Join us for a day of honor and remembrance and one hell of a great day of riding as we raise money to erect a monument in Nevisdale/Gatliff, Ky on Joe C Paul Medal of Honor Trail to honor one of Appalachia’s True American Heroes, Lance Corporal Joe Calvin Paul, Medal of Honor Recipient. who was born and raised in this small coal community this trail represents. We will start out at the Joe C Paul Historical Marker on Main street in Williamsburg, KY and ride east on Revenue Runner Hwy 92 to Joe C Paul Medal of Honor Trail. We will then head Pineville and Ride THE Chain moving on to the Backbreaker and then Coal Train 421 to Appalachian Gateway 80 and then Back to Williamsburg, KY with allot of great stops along the way including the Bell County Veterans Memorial Park and a whole lot more. Kickstands up at 10:30am. $20.00 donation recommended and all donations accepted go directly to the JC Paul Det#1448 of the local Marine Corp League to purchase this monument. We may be joined on this ride by the Leatherneck Nation from Dayton, Ohio as well as many other veteran organizations. All are welcome. Do not miss this ride, its going to be epic!
