At Sawstone, we push the beer conversation forward with deep cuts from America’s beer heritage. Our flagship beers combine unique American grains and yeast strains to produce beer styles lost from public consciousness since prohibition.

The foundations of our building were laid in the 1880s, and the gorgeous cut siltstone walls, from which our name, Sawstone, is derived, were erected in 1915.
