Built in 2019, Highwater Inn is conveniently located in Mullens just a little more than one mile from The Hatfield-McCoy trail system and the newly constructed Coal Fields Expressway. One queen sized bed, two full sized beds, and four twin sized beds accommodate up to ten persons. Guests are provided free Wifi, a complete kitchen with utensils and dishes, three showers, two decks, and an outdoor area with a picnic table, chairs, and fire pit . Parking is plentiful for several vehicles, ATVs, and trailers with gas available just a few hundred yards away. Multiple restaurants are just a short ride or walk away.

Hillbilly Hideout is located in historical downtown Williamson, just 0.3 miles from the Trail #10 connector. If you get rained out, no worries! Take advantage of the GAME ROOM equipped with a pool table, pac-man, checkers, darts, cornhole boards and Foosball table or sit back and relax in our massaging recliner.
The space
Hillbilly Hideout is a newly renovated rental unit with plenty of space for your family or closest friends! The large open concept features 2 bedrooms with a full-size bed and twin bunks in one room and queen size bed and twin bunks in the other.
It also has a full kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, keurig, coffee pot, utensils, pots/pans, etc. , a large living area, dining room and game room for your entertainment. Outside, you can sit and relax around the fire pit or grill your favorites with a large charcoal grill located under the gazebo.

June’s Place is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that is located in the center of town. Our beds include 1 queen, 2 full, 2 twins, and 1 full futon. (plans are being made to add additional beds.) All linens and towels are provided. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, fire pit (wood provided), and plenty of parking. The house is very spacious with 2 family rooms which include a large flat screen TV in each. Direct TV and free long distance calling are also provided. We are conveniently located to Hardess, McDonald’s, Wise Guy Pizza, Foodland, Happy Days Diner, Gilbert Town Hall, Pharmacies, Speedway and the Pit Stop gas stations, the community center, Family Dollar, hardware and ATV parts stores, along with other businesses and restaurants. Trail entrance is just 1 mile (no trailering required). Give us a call. We’re sure you will be pleased and will want to come back.
Pappy’s Log Cabin sits in the middle of a secluded 77 acres of West Virginia Mountain Forest that you and your group will have ALL TO YOURSELVES. We are located just minutes from The Hatfield McCoy Ivy Branch Trail in Lincoln County West Virginia. You can drive your ATV directly to the trail. The Cabin is located within minutes of the Little Coal River, a great “lazy river” for kayaking. Our pond is full of fish, is equipped with a zip line and boats. We offer swimming and fishing, along with trail hiking, nature walks, outdoor fire pit and a 125 yard shooting range.
Furnished with many antiques, books and hymnals, the cabin makes a perfect setting for family singing and story telling. Some of the cabin’s amenities include two stone fireplaces that heats the cabin with natural gas logs. All you have to do is push a button to get the fire started, the cabin heat is thermostat controlled. The cabin is outfitted with a cathedral wood ceiling in the Great Room with exposed beams. The sleeping quarters are comprised of three primary spaces – the Master Bedroom which has a King Size Bed, two sets of bunkbeds and a 1/2 bath; the Balcony Bedroom with a full size bed; and the Living Room with hide-a-couch and a hide-a-chair. Off of the Great Room, the full bathroom is located under the balcony area and is equipped with a shower, sink, linen closet and commode. The kitchen is also under the balcony area containing an island, a 1940s model gas refrigerator, a natural gas cooking stove, sink and eat-in bar. The front porch of the cabin is outfitted with enough tables and chairs to comfortably sit the entire guest list, a gas grill with side burner (we supply the propane), rocking chairs and a six foot swing.
Historically built in 1904 and located in the heart of the Hatfield McCoy Trails. This four bedroom, one and a half bath Bramwell home was once owned by a former attorney and mayor of the town of millionaires. Bramwell Hill Manor boasts much of its original historic charm combined with some newer furnishings and conveniences that promises to exceed our guests expectations of lodging when visiting the Hatfield McCoy Trail.
Bramwell Hill Manor is located on a hill over looking the town of Bramwell, WV. It is 1/4 mile from the Hatfield & McCoy’s Pocahontas Trailhead. The kitchen is available to guests as well as the covered patio and BBQ grill. There is parking in the rear of the house for your vehicle and trailer. Unload once and have more time to ride the trails. Two restaurants are located within walking distance from the lodge on Bramwell’s Main street. A short drive from the motel are gas stations, three banks with twenty four hour A.T.M.s, pharmacies, and medical clinics. Garages with mechanics and ATV repair, in addition to other facilities, are all within a short distance of the motel. Nearby ATV rentals available if you need an extra ATV for a friend or one to ride while your ATV is in the shop. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is close by. In addition to the Hatfield McCoy trails, within a short drive are additional recreation facilities for your entertainment. These include: Chief Logan State Park, the most visited state park in West Virginia, and the Larry Joe Harless Center, with exercise facilities as well as a large indoor pool. We are only one half mile from the RD Bailey Lake, Visitor's Center and Marina. There are various other facilities nearby.
