Two bedroom bungalow was once a coal camp house decorated with original art and centrally located in Letcher County Kentucky. Located on Kentucky Highway 7 it is about 20 minutes from Whitesburg, 35 minutes from Hazard, about 35 minutes from Cumberland and an hour from Pikeville or Prestonsburg. It is pet friendly with a fenced in yard and outdoor dog kennel. There is also a laundry room, smart device charging station, wifi, cable TV, front porch and side deck with all the comforts of home!
