The vision started with the property being directly in the center of the Devil Anse Trail, which is a part of the Hatfield~McCoy Trails & is considered the “sweet spot” (center point of all the trails).  That is an exact quote from one of the directors of the Hatfield McCoy trail system when I spoke with them about purchasing the property…Perfection !

Add 3 renovated existing cabins, a bathhouse & 5 full hook up RV sites & the recipe for a fantastic new resort is born !  Then 2 new cabins were added in the 2017 season.  Other on-site amenities were then added-ice, firewood, an ATV wash area with it’s own concrete pad with the use of a firehose, FREE Wifi that actually works well & cable.  My fantastic store is open too with the largest selection of HMT souvenirs on the trail plus another accommodation, our luxury 40’ camper for couples & 4 new full hook up rv sites added in 2019. You will also LOVE my gel memory foam mattresses on every bed.  After a long day of riding you will have the BEST night sleep you’ve ever had!
