This is a gem of a place in Big Stone Gap, everything is handmade! Of course I had to try the Bubble Tea and there’s so many options in how to build it! They use high quality ingredients and one of the owners took the time to explain the different pastries they had and what they were made out of. They definitely have a passion for baking and I am hoping to stop by again soon to try their croissants! The macaroons, cream puffs, and cookies I had were really good!
